Required Documents Checklist for NSR Registration Process in India

  1. Make your profile on the website of NSR
  2. Finger prints data registration via Point of Service (PoS)

For registration and filling the section (1) of registration form, you will require the following documents -

  1. Past and present employment details (if any)
  2. Academic qualification details (roll numbers, name of the university/board, year of passing)
  3. Permanent Account Number (if any)
  4. Passport Number (if any)

For the registration step (2) you need the following documents -

  • Acknowledgement Form (affix your recent passport size photograph on it)
  • List of documents for Photo Identity -
    1. Identity card of present employment
    2. PAN card
    3. ID card of college (not old than one year)
    4. Bank Pass book (if photo attached)
    5. Driving license
    6. Passport
    7. Voter ID Card
