What is MEE Bhoomi?

With digitization taking over in every sphere of life, both the Central and State governments are changing their method of working and storage of data. Earlier the datas were stored in physical files and folders which was not only a cumbersome and tedious process but also required lot of maintenance, upkeep and manual labour in its storage and looking for a data amongst pile of files was a daunting task. Telengana State Government has taken an initiative of digitization the storage and accessibility of records by launching a website of their own with the name Mee Bhoomi, which is a digital respository of records and can be visited on www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in.

Mee Bhoomi means Your Land and developed in association with NIC, Mee Bhoomi digitizes all land records and make it easily available to the public. Telengana being a large state where majority of the population belongs to agriculture, digizitation of land records and its accessiblity at one place has made the life of the people easier. One of the main reason behind the launch of Mee Bhoomi website was to establish corruption free and efficient administration to add one more feather to its cap Telengana State Government has also launched the app version of Mee Bhoomi which is available for all android users and thus they can access the information from anywhere in the world. Mee Bhoomi app is available for free and you can use the same to know updated land records, important service status of Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Passport and train enquiry.

Mee Bhoomi – Andhra Pradesh Land Records

Mee Bhoomi website offers various advantages to its people, such as:

  1. Mee Bhoomi website caters to AP people and gives public access to the information about the land details in local language.
  2. You can donwlaod and print the application forms from the Mee Bhoom website with a secured watermark which adds on the authenticity of the downloaded form.
  3. You can view the Field Management Book (FMB) and Village Maps on the Mee Bhoomi portal.
  4. Mee Bhoomi website has a separate section of Grievance records and you can also check the real time status of grievances listed.
  5. You can fetch details like Crop details, bank loans, location of the land parcel and grievances or complaint regarding services offered on Mee Bhoomi.
  6. Mee Bhoomi sends a real time SMS alerts to the concerned authorities and functionaries and pattadars regarding changes and their progress.

Developed in association with NIC Hyderabad Mee Bhoomi offers complete land details like AP 1B land records, Adangal, survey number, patta names, land records aadhar card linkage, pattadar passbooks,crop types grown in the land, AP FMB i.e. Field Measurement Books, list of village land lords and so on and also the statistics related to pattadar passbook and also number of passbooks issued through MeeSeva Centre and Mee Bhoomi can be viewed on the Mee Bhoomi website.

Services offered by the Mee Bhoomi website are as below:

  5. Nature of possession of the land
  6. Tax liabilities to be paid by the owner
  7. Tenancy details
  8. Types of crop grown on the land

  13. View village 1-B details
  1. Adangal:

    Adangal would consists of following information:

    Name of the owner of the land

    Land revenue

    Tax and liabilities to be paid by the owner

    Survey number and extension of land

    Nature of the land and soil

    Nature of procession of land

    Government/Public rights on the land

    The way land is acquired and owned by the owner

    Resource of land cultivation

    Wheras Pahani is issued by Tehsildar, Adangal is maintained by the administrative officer of the village and is written by him every year and it contains various important imformation regarding the land such as survey number of the property, extent, assessment, land classification etc. Apart from the above mentioned information, an Adangal would have following details as well:

    Patta lands – wet, dry, manavari

    Assessed wastelands - wet, dry

    Poramboke land

    Since Adangal is maintained by the Village Administrative Officer, it is his job and duty to fill in details like crops that are raised in the land, trees standing on all government lands, irrespective of whether it falls under tree tax system or not, cases of unauthorised occupation of Government lands, cases of Fasli, Jasthi and Theervai Jasthi etc. You can view Adangal and village Adangal on the Mee Bhoomi website by following the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Click on “Adangal” from the main bar menu.

    A new form will be opened on your window.

    Enter the details asked such as:

    Choose from Survey Number, Account Number, Aadhar Number or name of the graduator.

    Enter name of zone, village and district.

    Enter your Survey number.

    Enter the displayed FAI code.

    Click on “Click” button to see the Adangal document.

  2. Land Records: In order to see the land records, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Click on Adangal option in the main bar menu and enter your personal Adangal or village details under Adangal or Village Adangal option.

    Enter your choice i.e. survey no/acccount no/aadhar no/name holder.

    Enter your village and district name along with already selected document no.

    Enter the FAI code as displayed and click on “enter” button.

  3. Land Records Correction: Mee Bhoomi website caters for the grievances and gives you the option to register your complaint which will then be addresses at the nearest MeeSeva centre and as per the mandate, it will be processed within 15 days of its submission. In order to submit your grievances, you need to follow the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Click on the complaints option in the main menu bar and go to “Register of Complaints”.

    Enter the asked details such as complaint name, your address and Aadhar number, type of complaint you want to register and your village name.

    Once you have filled the required details, click on the “Click” button which will generate One Time Password (OTP) and you will get the same on your registered mobile number.

    Enter the OTP in the given box and click on “Save” button.

  4. AP Land Records 1B Online: You can view and download AP Land records 1B online by following below mentioned steps, such as:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Go to 1B option in the main bar menu and select the desired option from the drop down i.e. Personal 1B or Village 1B.

    A form will be open as per the option selected by you.

    Fill in the asked details such as Survey Number/Account Number/Aadahr Number.

    Select your district name and mandal name from the drop down list.

    Select village name and enter your document number.

    Enter the displayed Captcha code and click on Submit button.

    After you click on the Submit button, a pop-up window will be opened with all the details of your 1B.

  5. Link Aadhar Number to Mee Bhoomi Survey Number: On the Mee Bhoomi website, you can link your aadhar card number with your Survey number by following below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Click on “Aadhar seeding” option in the main bar menu.

    A new form will be displayed on your window.

    Enter the asked details such as your Aadhar Card Number, Account Number, Name of your village, district and zone.

    Enter the code as displayed in the form and then click on “Click” button.

    Once you have submitted the form, it will display the messge if your Aadhar Number is linked with your survey number or not.

  6. Field Measurement Book (F.M.B): Field measurement book having field measurement sketches of all individual fields and based on these measurements, the survey numbers are demarcated and disputes are settled, in case of any. Also, based on the field measurement books, maps are drawn and areas are calculated. You can see field measurement book on the Mee Bhoomi website by following the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Go to F.M.B option under the main menu.

    A new form will be displayed on your window.

    Enter the details asked such as your Survey Number, name of your village, district and zone.

    Enter the Fai Code as displayed on the form and click on “Click” button.

    A pop window will be opened with F.M.B details.

  7. Register complaints: One of the most important services which Mee Bhoomi offers is registration of complaints and their real time status. You can register your complaint on the Mee Bhoomi website by following the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Go to Complaints section in the main bar menu and choose “Register Complaints” from the drop down menu.

    A new form will be opened on your window.

    Enter the details asked such as:

    i. Name of the complaint.

    ii. Mobile number.

    iii. Aadhar Card number

    iv. Choose the “type of complaint” from the drop down list.

    v. Select your “village, zone and district name” from the drop down list.

    vi. Enter your complete postal address and registered email id.

    Click on the “Click” button to submit your complaint.

  8. Complaint status: Once you have submitted your complaint on the Mee Bhoomi website, you can also track its real time status by following the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Choose “Complaint Status” under Complaints section in the main bar menu.

    A new form will be displayed on the window.

    Enter the asked details such as name of the district and number of complaints. Both are mandatory fields.

    Submit the form.

    Current status of your complaint will be displayed in a pop-up message window.

  9. Village map: You can also see map of your village on the Mee Bhoomi website by following the below mentioned steps:

    Go to www.meebhoomi.ap.gov.in

    Click on “Village Map” in the main bar menu.

    A new form will be opened on your window.

    Fill in the asked details such as name of your district, name of the zone and village.

    Enter the displayed Fai code and click on the “Click” button.

    Map of the desired village will be displayed in the pop up message window.
