Government of Karnataka has introduced “Bhoomi”, an online platform for the citizens of the state for checking their land records online. The official website of Bhoomi is http://rtc.karnataka.gov.in

Bhoomi is an online platform designed to issue RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops) is also known as Pahani.

To offer the optimal support to the people, Bhoomi offices have been set over 175 taluks along with 6000 Gram Panchayats of the state.

  • Enter all the required details with captcha code
  • Click on submit for registering yourself with Bhoomi portal

How do you obtain your land records online?

Just after following the below-mentioned steps, you can easily obtain your land records –

  • Log on to http://www.landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/
  • Click on “Bhoomi” just below the projects tab
  • Click on “Citizen Services”
  • Click on “iRTC”
  • Enter your details
  • (First name, last name, mobile number, email id, Aadhaar card)
  • Click on “view RTC” or pay and download option
  • Choose your payment option (credit card/debit card/net banking)
  • Download PDF and take a print out of it

How Bhoomi portal can benefit the farmers?

To avail land-related documents and records throughout the year the portal Bhoomi works great for the farmers. Below services can be availed by using Bhoomi portal –

  • For loan applications, farmers can use the land records copy
  • A copy of RTC can be easily obtained from the portal just by giving the plot number or the name of the landowner
  • Farmers can use mutation request for adjusting land records in case of sale or inheritance of land
  • Crop data can be obtained by iRTC for insuring crops or claiming insurance
